1.1 The prices presented in the proposals are net and only include the items described.
1.2 VAT at the legal rate in force will be added to the presented prices.
2.1 This proposal is valid for 15 days; after the proposal’s expiration date, a new inquiry is required for possible price adjustments.
3.1 At DAEL's facilities.
3.2 For deliveries to be made by DAEL or another subcontracted company, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4.1 To be confirmed after order placement, depending on quantities (delivery times are counted from the date of order receipt, settlement of overdue credits, and receipt of any contractual advance payments).
4.2 If drawings need to be sent for approval, manufacturing lead times will only be counted from the date of approval.
4.3 In the case of painting, manufacturing/painting dates will only be counted from the date the RAL color system to be used is communicated.
5.1 To be agreed upon for each case.
6.1 Invoices not settled by their due date are subject to late payment interest, calculated at the prevailing rate, with a debit note issued after a 10-day grace period from the due date.
6.2 Until full payment of the invoiced amounts for the delivered items is received, DAEL retains ownership of them.
7.1 Upon prior request, material returns may be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date.
7.2 Returns will not be accepted for material specifically produced to order and not part of the usual stock.
7.3 Returns must be accompanied by a return document, indicating the DAEL order number.
7.4 Cancellation of orders in progress for materials not part of the usual stock will not be accepted.
8.1 DAEL reserves the right to make the final decision on the validity of any warranty claim. For this purpose, defective luminaires must be returned for analysis, with shipping costs borne by the sender (along with a copy of the delivery note or invoice).
8.2 The Warranty applies only in cases of total failure exceeding the standard failure rate of 0.2% per 1,000 operating hours.
8.3 If the total failure exceeds the standard failure rate, DAEL will replace the luminaires at no cost or issue a credit note for the luminaires that failed due to product or manufacturing defects during the Warranty period.
8.4 The Warranty applies only if the luminaires are used according to the permitted specifications (as per the Technical Data Sheet) and if the luminaires were installed, commissioned, and used professionally. Temperature and voltage limits must not be exceeded.
